Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Most orders arrive 5–9 days after that. Order early to make sure your Native Glow arrives in time for Christmas.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. It can take 2–3 days for the first scan to appear. That is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
Wrong address
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will fix it. After that the order is already moving and we cannot change it.
Lost or stuck
If your tracking has not moved in 10 days, contact us and we will chase it for you.
