How to start a return
Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and one line about why. We reply with a return address within 1 business day.
Condition
Please send it back clean, in its box, with everything it came with.
Return shipping
If the item arrived faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping. If you simply changed your mind, return postage is on you.
Refunds
Once your return arrives we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank usually takes another 3–5 days to show it.
Damaged or defective on arrival
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Cancellations
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we cancel and refund in full. After that it has already shipped, so use the 30-day return instead.
